Returns & Exchanges

Every Sunday Reset piece is made in limited runs, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@heykira.io] with your order number and a few photos. Once we confirm, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice. We cover shipping on anything that's our fault.

Size exchanges.

Got the size wrong? We'll do a one-time exchange for a different size, subject to availability, if the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has tags, and you reach out within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

Not eligible:
Worn, washed, or altered items. Items returned without prior approval. Anything reported after the windows above.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
